Part 1, Learning about the art of a true ninja
-=There was alot of things that could be learned by a hands on attitude. Like most boys would simply believe. Yet there was a much more interresting twist when it came to reading as much as you can on anatomy, chakra points, channeling your chakra into jutsus, or the rules to being a ninja, the tricks and values of one. And while the books didn't augment your strenght as a rigorous day of weight lifting would, it indeed allowed you to gather as much knowledge as you can.
"Page twenty three... chapter 2.. Chakra channeling.. "
Ayame had already begun her training weeks before she had started at the academy, reading all the books she could find in the Ishikiwa clan's library, even those she didn't understand first hand, while they were difficult, she thought it would be easier to understand once she would have the hands on approach, but for now she would focus her mind on reading even more. The silence of a book was always golden, and lovely to have arround. Unlike some loud students that she might have wanted to see fail their genin exam, so she wouldn't have to deal with them later.. Her plan was simple... learn.. and become a powerful Kunoichi.
As well as learn more about the art of killing of course, one of the things that troubled her, was the question of if there was any books about that somewhere in this library, or perhaps they only had boring books about things she had already read about..
Somewhat bored, Ayame stood from her seat and walked arround the alleys of bookshelves, looking for what she so sought, but finding none, or at least none that would satisfy her desired topic, wich was much more interresting then just the art of sending a kunai in the jugular of your opponent. She wanted to know different techniques to kill your opponent, beside the most obvious. Tho she would refrain from asking the keeper of the library... she didn't like to rely on other poeple other then her brother.
Of course nothing such as what she sought was found, so perhaps the academy didn't have the books she wanted. Wich ment that she probably needed to wait until she became a Genin! turning and heading back toward her table, she grabbed some more books that she had spotted during her search and returned to her seat, openning them and trying to read as much as she could at once.. =-

Part 2, Fighting the Exam..
Dressed in dark colors, as always, she was wearing the perfect clothes for the day. Her body was drapped in a dark top with short sleeves, while she had a pair of greyish pants. With her traditionnal boots. Ayame had spent the night reading and preparing herself to the little pop quiz that would follow so many studies.. She had ready alot of things and now would be the day where she tested her memory of the things she had read..
making her way into class, she would move to her seat and stood still, waiting for the sheets of paper to be placed in front of her so she could quickly finish the exam and start training on other things, since she had much to do before becoming a Genin... Pencil ready, she watched as the sheet of paper was placed before her.
Unlike other children, she had asked to have a more difficult test to pass, in order to complete her book training. Because she indeed believed herself capable of passing through harder things then the other kids, she was of the Ishikawa clan after all, and they were naturally born geniuses.
Looking over the questions a little, she noticed that it wouldn't be that easy after all... way to go Tanaka-sensei.. but now it was rather troublesome.. woud she even pass this little exam that had nothing to do with the whole big deal?
Ayame would look over the first question and pondered it a moment.. It wasn't so hard after all.. it was a question of how you could summon chakra into yourself, and the main chakra points where it would normally flow. So she would answer the question fairly quickly.. Question one... Defeated!
The next few questions would be quite easy, they seemed to be all simple enought, as she had read about them in so many books, she was also able to give a larger explanation on some point as to what she had learned while reading what was within the Ishikawa's library... Question two to five... Defeated!
The sixth question was difficult, it would even almost strike her down with a powerful attack that she didn't expect to receive.. most of her defenses had been down because the test seemed to be so easy at first sight. She had not studied much on the goals and principles of the Shinobi and Kunoichi.. so it was difficult for her to answer a question about them , wich asked for an explanation!
Bitting down on the eraser of her pencil, Ayame began to chew on it, as she knew that Tanaka was watching her, and she would indeed notice that she was thinking alot on one of the questions.. devilish, trully devilish. Ayame was sure that her sensei must have had alot of fun watching her work so hard like that. Yet now she had to think about where she might have heard about those.. perhaps in class.. or maybe somewhere else..
Her mind would work on it before she remembered when she and her mother were talking.. and that point came up in the conversation as her mother was explaining somethings in life that were also related with the way of a shinobi.. wich also struck the Ayame's mind, when she remembered everything that had been spoken about in class.. about the way of the Shinobi/Kunoichi, and their valor and beliefs.. And the question was answered with the newly remembered knowledge.. Question six... defeated!
It seemed that she had almost been caught defenceless by the question, since she didn't think it would be on the small test, but then it would prove to teach her a good lesson, that she had to always be ready to everything, or one day it would mean that she might end up dead.. dead... as the test was finished, Ayame's mind slowly faded toward deeper thoughts, as she started to wonder if it would hurt her when she'd die... and if someone would care to bury her somewhere, or they would burn her body to ashes and keep her in a small pot.. as her mind wandered off, she almost didn't notice Tanaka-sensei taking her sheet and walking away with a cheap smile on her lips=-
