Takuya felt he was ready for his exam against the suggestion of his instructor. As he walked he passed by the new students to the academy, he wished them the best of luck and continued to his test.
He approached the testing area wondering what exactly to expect...
OOC: I'll do the fight later tonight hopefully one of the other judges will be online, now however I must sleep.

As Takuya reached the Exam area, he found a Jounin with red triangles face painted onto a part of his face, and wearing a hat with a cowl that covered his left eye.
"My name is Baki, and I will be your Jounin Examiner today. So, you think you're ready to become a full fledged Ninja, do you? I'll test your resolve. Come at me with everything you have. Unless you do so with the intent to kill, then you have no hope. I will be testing your tactics, overall skill and effective usage of Jutsus. If you meet my standards, then I will make you a Genin. If not, it's back to the Academy with you. You may use the area to your full advantage," Baki explained, showing the area.
The area was covered in sand. There was also several large and small sand structures that had no real significance, nor did they have any doors or windows. After about 5 Kilometres in either direction was the steel fence.

Takuya had analysed the area as he had entered the exam area and had already formulated a plan. He realised that any attempt at running for cover would be futile as he knew that his opponent was a Jounin and thus not only far more skilled but also far stronger, faster and more perceptive. He realised that he would need some temporary distraction to try to put some distance between himself and his examiner.
He decided on his course of action and threw a smoke bomb to his feet. As he was engulfed in the dark smoke he quickly did the seals to create 2 bunshin.
The first bunshin leapt forward through the smoke to attack Baki directly with a kunai in hand.
The second bunshin darted to the right for cover behind some structures.
Takuya then went backwards trying to use the remaining smoke as a screen to hide his presence as he also went for cover using all the skill he learned in the academy to try to hide his presence.

Baki held his ground as the smoke enshrouded the area around Takuya. As the first clone jumped through the smoke at him, he swiftly side stepped its charge, sticking a fist through its chest and dispelling the jutsu as it passed. His eyes were averted towards the second clone as it headed for cover off to the side. A small smile crossed his lips as he threw a smoke bomb of his own down, disappearing into the smoke.

Takuya reached the cover of a structure and surveyed the area. He saw that his bunshin also had reached cover as well as noticing that baki used a smokebomb to hide himself. He knew what he had to do to try to buy himself a little time in hope that Baki went after the bunshin instead of himself.
He quickly dispelled his bunshin hoping that Baki was not yet in eyesight of it so he would wonder where Takuya had dissapeared to.

As the smoke cleared, the area where Baki once stood was empty; he now stood several dozen feet away, on the roof of one of the sand structures. Standing with his arms crossed in front of his chest, a small eye of sand would form in front of him and begin floating around, looking for its prey.

Takuya knew he couldn't hide forever and that eventually this would become a physical encounter. He needed all the advantage he could get. Using the time he bought himself he pulled out his 2 feet of wire and tightly tied one end of it to his kunai. At least this weapon would give him the advantage of reach when he was invariably in his encounter with Baki.
He swung it around a few times getting the feel for how the weapon reacted. Feeling confident with his adapted weapon he glanced out and saw where Baki was. He was much too out in the open which Takuya realised that he must be using some jutsu to try to find him. He thought back to his academy classes and could think of only 1 jutsu which would explain this. Takuya realised he must be using the 3rd Eye Jutsu!
Takuya quickly scaned the the area but couldn't see it anywhere but he knew it must be out there somewhere. There was no other explanation for Baki to be standing so out in the open.
Takuya quickly created another bunshin and had it run off near one of the structures near Baki while he himself ran off to a different structure near Baki. It was time to go on the offensive, he was as ready as he could be.

edit: if anybody is wondering why this was modified. I had forgotten how low my perception was so I had to make a change to my strategy as I shouldn't of been able to see the eye.

Baki watched his young charge run off in two different directions, his eye spying both of them as they ran for cover. 'He is good at avoiding combat, but evasive maneuvers alone cannot win a fight.' Baki placed his fingers together, creating a bunshin for himself and the two ran off in separate directions, one after each of the Takuya's.

Takuya saw the clone being created and decided that it was time for the direct attack, he started running directly towards the nearest Baki to him and as he approached he threw 2 shuriken one aimed at Baki's left shoulder and 1 aimed just above him. After throwing the Shuriken he whiped his modified Kunai in an arc coming towards Baki's right side while keeping a firm grip on the other end of the wire.
Takuya's bunshin charged directly at the Baki coming towards him.

The attacked Baki ducked underneath the two shuriken, his hand whipping to his side as he threw one of his own, aiming at the wire attached to the kunai and cutting through it. He reached out a single hand to grab the loose kunai out of midair and he threw it back towards Takuya, aiming to throw it right over his shoulder, right past his head.

Takuya quickly ducked into a roll and used his momentum to spring up into a kick aimed at Baki's jaw.

Baki caught Takuya's foot with one hand and almost effortlessly spun around once, tossing him back to his starting point. He was visibly weakened, his chakra clearly declining, and a voice sounded from seemingly nowhere. "That's enough. You won't be able to fight me in this state, but I've seen enough."
The two Baki's on the field disappeared in a puff of smoke and from underneath the sand burst the real Baki, who came to land on top of a smaller sand structure, his arms crossed over his chest. "The exam is over. While your prowess in combat was nothing special, there are other aspects to being a ninja. You made the best of using the terrain to your advantage, despite the lack of hiding places, and had your opponent been at your own skill level, your use of bunshin would have likely been incredibly disorienting. Yamashiro Takuya, allow me to welcome you into our ranks. From this day forth, you are a Sand genin."
Jumping from his perch atop the building, Baki landed next to his tired student, a forehead protector of Sunagakure in his hand, which he held out to Takuya. "Congratulations."

Takuya stood up and dusted the sand off himself then did a deep bow
Thank you sensei, I promise to work hard for the village.
