It doesn't matter if the Clone has no mass or friction, you're still forgetting about the friction from outside forces, like the air for example. Mass is what tells us what and how much force effect's things, so by saying there is no Mass all you are doing is helping me. And did you take physics? cus if you didn't then you cant really say how hard it is. and if you wanted to declare this move invalid, then we would have to almost restarts since i made it like round 3.

Without any mass you it couldn't interact with any object and thus you couldn't make a trap with it in the way you are trying.
Also yes, I did take physics.

the question was directed to josh on that one, i asumed you took physics sonce you are actually fighting it well.
But it isent interacting with any objects, if it was what you are saying is that the jutsu wouldent work in genetal. and since it most oviously does the shuriken being turned into the clone are perfectly posible, and since you yourself said NO MASS, that means no Fg no Fn, no Ff, so the only force that works on it is Fa witch makes it rotate (in perpetual motion).

Assuming hypothetically that this would even work, you still haven't answered how your 12 year old ninja counterpart would understand this without any prior training in physics. Remember that rule about not using out of character knowledge? It doesn't just apply to the judges.

i have to RP my training more often. my inteligence training mainly covered the basics of physics, and this idea came into his head while studying, then while learning the technique he practiced it as a theary. If i had more time, i probebly would have RP'd it. but with 9 classes, theater, choire concerts, and a job i didnt have much spare time to do so. But since you have finally droppede the physics of this does that mean that im right??

Nope, it means I slept my way through physics so I have no idea what you're talking about.

OK, Intelligence training as a Ninja does not entail learning Physics. It entails studying the ways of the Ninja as well as studying on various techniques and Jutsu's. Something as impossible as Perpetual Motion, a feat that some of the greatest modern scientists of today can't do, would not be covered in the text book.

But since you have finally droppede the physics of this does that mean that im right?? It doesn't mean you are right because you aren't. However it does mean that people see no point in continuing the discussion on something that is not only impossible but completely irrelevant. Your character cannot do this, it is as simple as that. In fact no character will ever be able to do this.

Were talking about clones with no mass, density and transforming inanimate objects into moving ones, this is indeed not the situation that "scientists today" are indebted with. and I'm pretty sure that through the arguments i put up it does show that my theory is correct. but if you want to call it an invalid move well just go back and re RP the whole thing.

You are still forgetting about outside forces. Let me explain the Clone to you better. It isn't there. It does not exist. It is a trick of the eyes. As Hercule says, "It's all smoke and mirrors."
So how could something that doesn't exist cause inanimate objects to start moving on its own?

ok clear this for me. how are you explaining Substitution Jutsu?
A) transforming the objects into the clone.
B) hiding the objects within the clone illusion.

Especially when physics is not on the approved curriculum for young ninjas... Actually it probably is. since they have to learn how to defy the forces and jump like 20 feet in the air.

Hiding the objects within an immovable Clone Illusion.
If the Clone is just falling, it's because the object is falling. If the clone is running, then it's an invalid substitution, as the object would not be able to move on it's own.
